ESC and NASEO Release State GESPC Program and Project Principles
ESC and the National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO) have released a set of principles to help strengthen and expand the use of Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contracts (GESPCs) to cost-effectively upgrade the performance and energy efficiency of state, local, and institutional buildings and facilities.

Montrose, CO Reports a Savings of 22%
The City of Montrose is reporting that it has reduced energy costs at nine large facilities by 22 percent ($90,000) since 2008 through energy savings performance contracting.
